I dream of a world where education is personalised, flexible and future-focused. I believe a school's purpose is to ignite learning, inspire growth and instil innovation.

A progressive education system is one that is centred around developing and encouraging the necessary life skills needed for children to be the ‘best human’ they can be. Our current way of educating is not this, but rather it is predominantly focused on memory-based learning followed by examination and assessment.

Education should be student-centred based on their interests and passions while extending them from where they are at, in unimaginable ways.

I have worked with teachers, students and parents in over 41 countries and am the CEO of Spectrum Education and the Principal of Spectrum Online Academy.

From a spark of an idea, I make things happen. I move fast to create offerings to create a better world through my lens of education.

One of my superpowers is being able to create spaces for collaboration, growth and transformation, by bringing incredible talent together.

I take ideas and make them a reality.

From writing books, designing a board game, creating a colouring book, publishing a quarterly magazine, hosting global online summits, and starting my own school, I am transforming education one teacher, one student and one parent at a time.

I dream and strive to create a world of authenticity, where people have freedom of choice, and live in true alignment with their purpose.

I am an innovator and a pioneer who exudes joyfulness with a grateful, loving, heart-centred in all that I bring to the world.

In the Year of the wood dragon, I exude the freshness of spring and the courage to forge new ground which synergises with my sage wisdom. I impart my authentic voice of wisdom from stages and Zoom rooms around the world.

Spiritually connected and aware, I am also grounded, practical and able to get to the core of the matter, offering solutions with kindness, love, and passionate fun!

After years of seeking the limelight and the stage, I am now perfectly happy to shine the light on others and allow them to shine.
