I talk a lot about the goodwill bank account that we are either making deposits into or withdrawals on a daily basis.
If we want to have kids who listen to us while they are growing up and who want to spend time with us after they are grown up, this bank account has to always be in the black! I'd love to explore this topic with you!
Some action points/practical learnings:
What is the goodwill bank account and why do we need it to be in good order?
     * kids need to experience us as trustworthy and they need to care what we think to achieve respect and have true influence

     * connection- I can teach strategies they can start doing today
