The ability to find gratitude each day is something successful people have in common. Even on those challenging and dark days, there is always something to be grateful for.
This flip book is designed to help you. It contains 52 quotes – one for each week of the year. Display the book in a prominent place , your desk, kitchen counter, beside your bed, on your coffee table etc. to remind you to look for the good each day.
You may choose to use the quotes as a mantra, meditation or affirmation throughout the week. On the reverse is a weekly focus to help guide your gratitude if you require.
If you are new to this give it a go. If you have been practicing gratitude for a while, deepen your practice by searching beyond the surface and deeply feeling your gratefulness. Let it encapsulate your heart. Most of all share your gratefulness with others.
If you have not practiced daily gratitude before, give it a go. Gratitude will give you a perspective on your life that will change you forever. In April 2018 I set up a private Facebook Group to help a friend who was finding life challenging. I invited others and by the end of the month there was 40 people practicing daily gratitude. 18 months later there are over 500 people on this page and the feedback has been astounding. One of our gratitudians recently wrote;
